Hi-Tech has built injection mold tooling for over 30 years – from simple to extremely complex. Our highly skilled, in-house tool makers have 200+ years of experience. But we’re also collaborative. So you work closely with our Engineers and Program Managers to optimize designs for manufacturability.

Have a program that needs a lot of molds? Hi-Tech can handle it. We do it all the time. Multiple molds with a tight deadline? We’ve vetted quality tooling partners to handle emergencies and overflow. Plus, we manage our partner-built tools from design through approval. You won’t notice a difference because our partners are an extension of our tool room.

We have our own tool room, we quote what we make.

When our customers request it, we’ll work with off shore tooling vendors but Offshore Tool Quotes and Domestic Tool quotes are not the same. We’ve outlined some differences.

Our stand-alone, dedicated Mold Maintenance Department handles cleanings, insert changes and repairs. If your repair or modification is significant, we move it to the tool room. We have all the processes you need to ensure you are always up and running.
